Bruxism (Teeth Grinding at Night)

Bruxism has been shown to be positively correlated with stress and anxiety in waking life. This means that the more stress you have, the more likely you are to experience bruxism. Again, massage helps with bruxism because it relaxes the body, mind, and spirit, which allows you to have a loose, more relaxed jaw and a smaller likelihood of teeth grinding.
